## Tips

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="UID is the precise identifier">
    *"UID CHE-123.456.789"* gets a faster, less ambiguous answer than a name-only search, especially for groups with multiple Swiss subsidiaries.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Signing rights matter for execution">
    Sole vs collective signature, prokura, special powers: Zefix carries all of these. Ask explicitly when execution authority matters.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Combine with case-law for litigation prep">
    Pull the company details from Zefix, then run an **[OpenCaseLaw](/en/integrations/switzerland/opencaselaw)** search for any decisions naming the entity.
  </Accordion>
