Having trouble? Most SharePoint connection issues require your administrator to verify that the integration is properly enabled.
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| SharePoint option not visible | Check with your administrator whether the integration has been enabled for your team |
| Sign-in fails | Verify you are using the correct Microsoft account and that your organization’s SSO is working |
| Files not found | You can only see files you have access to in SharePoint. Check your SharePoint permissions if files are missing |
| Connection expired | Return to Settings and reconnect your Microsoft account |
