SharePoint integration settings in Libra showing connection options The SharePoint integration allows you to access documents from your SharePoint environment directly in Libra. This lets you use files without downloading and re-uploading them.

What You Can Do

Once connected, you can:
  • Upload documents from SharePoint into chats
  • Add SharePoint files to your document library
  • Access documents without manual transfers

Requirements

  • Your organization uses Microsoft SharePoint
  • A Microsoft administrator can grant consent (for initial setup)
  • You have a Microsoft account with SharePoint access

Setting Up the Integration

Setting up SharePoint requires administrator consent, after which individual users can connect their accounts. Navigate to settings

In Libra, go to Settings > Integrations > SharePoint & OneDrive.

Connect

Click Connect to be redirected to the Microsoft consent page.

Grant consent

The administrator reviews and approves the permissions requested by Libra:
  • Read files and folders in SharePoint
  • Access site information
  • Navigate document structures
Libra uses Microsoft’s permission controls. Each user only sees the SharePoint files they have access to.

Step 2: Enable for Your Team

Return to SharePoint settings

In Libra, go to Settings > Integrations > SharePoint & OneDrive.

Enable the integration

Click Enable for my team. This step requires team administrator rights in Libra.

Using SharePoint in Libra

Once the integration is enabled, each team member can connect their individual account.

Start uploading

In a chat or the document library, click Upload files and select SharePoint.

Sign in (first time)

The first time, you will be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account using your organization’s standard login process.

Browse and select

Navigate through your SharePoint files and select the documents you want to upload.

Confirm

Click Add to upload the selected files to Libra.
This only works after your administrator has completed the setup steps above. If you see an error, contact your administrator to verify the integration is enabled.

Managing Your Connection

You can manage your SharePoint connection at any time: SharePoint connection settings showing status and management options
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the SharePoint section
From here you can:
  • Disconnect: Remove your Microsoft account connection
  • Reconnect: Re-link your account after disconnecting
  • View status: See whether the integration is active

Troubleshooting
