Using a Library Workflow

Open the library

Navigate to the Workflows section in Libra and click Libra or Team.Workflows section in the Libra sidebar

Find a workflow

The Team tab shows workflows shared by your colleagues. The Libra tab contains workflows pre-built by the Libra team for common legal processes.Browse by category or search for a specific workflow that matches your task.Workflow library with Team and Libra tabs

Run the workflow

Click Run to start the workflow. Upload your documents and the workflow will process them through each step automatically.Run button on the workflow card
The workflow will apply its pre-configured steps to your documents.

Sharing Workflow Templates

You can share workflow templates with your entire team, specific user groups, or individual colleagues. Shared templates appear in the Team tab of the Workflow Library. To share a workflow template, click the Share button to open the sharing options. From there, add people or groups and choose between View only, Edit, and Full Access permission levels.
