Tips for Better Reviews

Always choose which party you represent. Libra tailors results to your perspective—reviewing as the employer produces different insights than reviewing as the employee.
A playbook designed for NDAs produces better results than a general contract playbook when reviewing an NDA. Upload the most relevant references for your document type.
Use the additional instructions step to direct Libra’s attention to specific areas like termination clauses, confidentiality terms, or payment provisions.
Start with Red Flags, then Orange, then Yellow. Address critical issues first before moving to minor deviations. Use the filter to focus on one severity level at a time.
Check the Reviewed box as you address each clause. The Review Progress indicator shows how much of the document you’ve covered.
