InView Legal is Wolters Kluwer’s flagship Dutch legal-research platform and the successor to Kluwer Navigator. It is an Add-on source: your firm needs its own InView Legal subscription, and once that subscription is connected the source is available in the Research picker.

Cite Asser by volume, “Asser/Hartkamp 6-III”, rather than by topic. Naming the volume points the search at that part of the series instead of spreading it across 30+ titles.

What it covers

It is the general-purpose Dutch source, spanning civielrecht, ondernemingsrecht, arbeidsrecht, bestuursrecht and strafrecht. For Dutch tax questions, reach for InView Tax instead — it is a separate subscription with its own connection, and Libra treats it as the tax specialist.

What you can ask

6:162 BW: onrechtmatige daad.”
  • “Find commentary on the Wet bestuur en toezicht rechtspersonen.”

Setup

Connect InView Legal from Settings → Integrations, signing in with the credentials your firm uses for the subscription. If your firm also has Belgian access, the list shows two rows named InView Legal — take the one described as Dutch legal research. Setting up integrations walks through the flow and explains what a connection gives you.

Tips

“In Dutch employment law…” / “Onder Nederlands ondernemingsrecht…” helps Libra pick the right InView Legal sub-collection.
Asser-serie is split by volume; “Asser/Hartkamp 6-III over verbintenissen…” gets a tighter answer than a topic-only question.
